“I’ve just got back from two dives with these guys and wanted to say that the whole experience was incredible. I’m a slightly nervous diver, but everything about the experience made me feel comfortable and reassured. The initial conversations explaining everything and then follow up communication was brilliant. Upon arrival, Albert ran over a quick refresher (and didn’t make me feel bad for the things I’d forgotten!) and then him and Alejandra took me too two Cenotes. The whole thing was fantastic, the sites are truly one of a kind. During the dive both Albert and Alejandra were patient with my ears struggling to equalise and never made me feel bad. Some dive schools pride themself on making you feel part of the family - something which I’ve never felt before - but here they truly do. From arrival, to dive, to eating authentic Mexican food together at the end end. It was a great experience both in and out of the water and I couldn’t recommend them more.”

“Dive machine is amazing. From the officer manager Mara to my dive guide Mauricio, they are very patient, detailed oriented, professional, safety conscious. The whole trip was perfect from start to finish. (We did two dives in cenote) The food they provided was also delicious. Mara was very thorough and patient to answer all my questions before I booked it and was able to customize my trip and took in last minute. Mauricio was very pleasant, experienced, and extremely patient when I was having hard time equalizing at my 2nd dive due to my congestion. We were able to finish both dives safely and I was able to see some amazing formations. I didn’t get a chance to take pix of dives but some photos of the great food stand we stopped. Strongly recommended!”

“First time diving in the cenotes and it was an incredible experience. Alberto was a brilliant guide for us, and he was well equipped for any situation a cave diver would face - including knowing a great taco stop to feast on after our dives. Alberto had a great way of explaining what it was like to descend into the halocline ‘you’ll think there’s a problem with your mask, there isn’t, just slowly go a little deeper’. Dive Machine were really helpful while arranging this booking in advance; contactable via WhatsApp and WhatsApp audio while I booked from Cairo. We are making this an annual trip to the cenotes and I look forward to next time I come with Dive Machine.”
