Three paths, one shared vision
The Dive Machine was founded by Alejandra Rodríguez, Adrián de la O and Mauricio Rodríguez, who share one vision: to do things differently and create a positive impact.
They came from different disciplines and found in diving a new way of looking at the world, relating to others and recognizing the potential of inclusion. From that experience came The Dive Machine and, at its heart, The Change Machine, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to marine conservation and adaptive diving.

Accessibility is at the core of who we are. Through The Change Machine, the nonprofit foundation born inside The Dive Machine, we promote adaptive diving so that people of all abilities can explore and connect with the underwater world.
Together with local and international organizations, The Change Machine develops projects to protect reefs, cenotes and marine ecosystems in the Riviera Maya, and brings divers, locals and visitors together around environmental action.
